Automotive and Off-Highway Electronic Systems

We provide integration and engineering services of automotive / off-highway electronic systems. Our product portfolio consists of various electronic control units (ECUs), instrument clusters and keypads, which we also provide control software customizations and vehicle integration services for. The SAE J1939/CAN protocol is usually used to inter-connect the unit with the rest of a vehicle or machine.

Programmable Interface with Ethernet, CAN FD and LIN Networks

MACH SYSTEMS offer tools for in-vehicle and industrial networks. We provide communication interfaces, gateways, data loggers, and analysis software for embedded networks such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, as well as for SAE J1939, CANopen, and various diagnostic/calibration protocols.

The MACH-ETH is a new communication interface for automotive networks that features one Ethernet port, two CAN channels (CAN FD supported), a LIN channel, a USB and RS-232 ports, and multiple digital/analogue inputs and outputs. Thanks to its open communication protocol, the user can access CAN and LIN channels over Ethernet or USB, enabling an easy integration with another system. A typical use-case is to connect a PLC or PC to CAN or LIN bus. Furthermore, a user-scripting feature allows to run user applications directly on the device (SDK provided free-of-charge).
