17. 03. 2022 | Dear exhibitors, visitors and partners, we would like to respond to the questions you ask us in connection with the operation of the Assistance Center for Ukrainian Refugees located in Hall B and the possible concurrence with the AMPER Trade Fair.
We would like to assure you that the operation of the Assistance Center in Hall B has no effect on the course of preparations for the AMPER 2022 trade fair, nor on its holding within the set deadline.
Below is a statement of BVV (Brno Exhibition Centre):
Within our commitment to social responsibility, BVV are proud to help ease the difficulties Ukrainian refugees are currently facing. The Assistance Center for Refugees has been established at the Brno Exhibition Center in record time; its full operation started on March 2. Over time, the center extended its registration and administrative purpose by adding an accommodation facility for several hundreds of refugees.
The Brno Exhibition Center is a multipurpose facility where several events are usually held simultaneously. Logistically, we are able to separate the events and direct the preparation works of the exhibitors and the subsequent flow of visitors in such a way that neither the fair activities nor the operation of the assistance center are disrupted. The fair area will be separated from other activities by mobile fencing according to the plan below.
