The Military Technical Institute will introduce new UAV monitoring devices

21. 03. 2017 | The Military Technical Institute offers services of security and defence research and development, certified testing, production modernization of military equipment not only for the Czech Republic Army but also for other state and private clients. Within the presentation at AMPER Military Technical Institute will present several interesting projects of instrumental and monitoring techniques using UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) device. Dual Use of UAV and cooperation with CCE Prague

In 2014, a cooperation between VTU, S. P. and  CCE Praha, spol. Ltd. was initiated. It focused on the possibility of UAV developed for the Army of the Czech Republic in The Military Technical Institute, S. P. mainly in plant The Air Force and Air Defence Military Technical Institute for needs of civilian customers. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles offer a wide range of installation options of instrumental and monitoring technology on board for aerial photography in conditions where you can not use a manned aircraft. Other application which is also the subject of cooperation is the possibility of precise monitoring of construction defects, which include cooling towers of power plants, hydroelectric power dams, high-voltage networks ect. The work of the staff of both organizations has resulted in a solution of two supporting projects.
